I guess in the UK no one wears shooting glasses! That is quite surprising!

I did notice it was raining there which may have been a factor in the choice not to wear them for some, I personally have never liked wearing them but may need to start soon as my 59 year old eyes aren’t nearly as good as they were 30 odd years ago

It is not a vision improvement issue; it is a safety issue! I don’t know of any accomplished shots that don’t recommend them although that is obviously not the case for many in the UK.
